Max Holzinger

A multidisciplinary designer, architect, and innovator, Max Holzinger brings a unique blend of technical mastery and creative vision to his work. Focused on shaping spaces that go beyond aesthetics, his designs strive to connect people with their environments in meaningful and lasting ways.

Max’s foundation in business began with his early studies in Munich, where he gained an understanding of how economic principles intersect with design. This practical base was followed by his completion of the International Baccalaureate at Taunton School in the UK, where he specialized in Design and Technology, further sharpening his multidisciplinary perspective.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Strategic Design and Entrepreneurship at the Royal Danish Academy, Max continues to explore how architecture, business, and design converge to shape the future. His formal education also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Technical University of Vienna, where he honed his technical skills and creative approach, preparing him to address the challenges of modern design.

As part of his commitment to expanding his knowledge and refining his craft, Max took part in workshops at the Royal College of Arts in London. These experiences allowed him to immerse himself in the latest design thinking, explore new techniques, and collaborate with other creative professionals from around the world.

A pivotal moment in his personal journey came at the age of 16, when Max organized a self-driven student exchange to Oman. This experience, combined with his extensive travels, deeply influenced his design philosophy and global perspective. It shaped his belief that design is not just about form, but about creating connections between people and their environments.

Outside of formal education, Max is actively involved in the broader design community. He regularly attends international conferences such as the Monocle Quality of Life Conferences in Paris and Munich, staying connected to cutting-edge trends in urban living and design. For him, collaboration and human connection are at the heart of great design, and he thrives on engaging with others to understand their visions and bring them to life.

Beyond his work in design, Max draws inspiration from his everyday life. Whether it’s through cooking, traveling, or simply enjoying new experiences, these personal passions fuel his creativity. He believes that the best designs come from understanding life at its most fundamental level, creating spaces that are warm, inviting, and deeply connected to the people who inhabit them.
